Enhance the accessibility and inclusive of website

Doctolib is a widely used online booking platform in France and many other European countries, enabling seamless hospital-patient appointments. In response to language and reservation issues, we launched a project to boost inclusivity and accessibility for all users.

For a better user experience before touching the design, I researched the inconvenience experienced by users during the hospital reservation process.I derived insights to develop in the design process accordingly.

Grid System

I created a responsive web using a grid system for more appealing and accessible design. I designed pages for three devices including web, tablet, and mobile.

Enhance the inclusive access

Inclusive access has been strengthened by emphasizing the language change option.

Provide a clear search flow

By adding a hospital search by symptom to simplify user navigation and reduce unnecessary clicks, the overall user experience has been improved so that users can easily access the service.

Adding a rating & review for hospitals

Ratings and reviews of hospitals enhance the reliability and transparency of the website and promote user participation and interaction. This can greatly improve user accessibility and usability of the website.
