Online brand extension of Vecchia & Nuovo
Shinsegae Food's Italian-style restaurant, Vecchia & Nuovo, has been operating multiple offline stores across Korea since 2005. However, in a bid to boost sales of its signature item, cheesecake, the brand recognized the necessity of expanding its online presence. Consequently, it embarked on a retail online brand expansion to better cater to customer demands.
